Biography
Chee Gay, Managing Director of Access Group, leads the business management software operations in Kuala Lumpur and wider APAC, supporting the Group’s global expansion. Chee Gay joined Access from TDCX, where he served as the Global Chief Human Resources Officer. Previously, Chee Gay held global leadership roles at AIA, Samsung, T-Systems and Intel. With experience across manufacturing, supply chain, IT and HR to drive comprehensive business transformation. Chee Gay’s approach pairs strategic thinking with practical execution, always putting people first. Chee Gay is an Adjunct Professor at three universities, where he shares his experience in delivering operational excellence and collective growth to support skills development. Chee Gay has been named among South East Asia HR Icons, Asia’s Greatest CHROs and Global Top 10 HR Leaders.
